DATA PRIVACY
By attending the event, I authorise West Coast Swing Madrid to use and exploit my image in photographs,
videos or any other type of digital recordings obtained during the event, for the purpose of internal
storage and registration of such personal data, as well as for commercial promotion, advertising of
the activity and business.
The authorisation and licence to use the image of the Authorising Party made in this act refers
exclusively to the photographs, videos or any other type of digital recordings made by West Coast Swing Madrid,
without limitation of time or geographical scope, for the aforementioned purposes, so that West Coast Swing Madrid
may make use of my image for the aforementioned purposes. All of the above with the sole exception and limitation
of those uses or applications that could infringe on the right to honour in the terms set forth in Organic Law 1/85,
of 5 May, on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Personal Image.
I have also been informed, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and
Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free
movement of such data, that the images are collected for the purposes described in this letter, the legitimate basis being
the obtaining of my consent, by means of the consent given in the registration form, in accordance with Article 6.1.a)
of the GDPR. Said data will not be transferred or sold to third parties, nor processed for purposes other than those
foreseen herein, without prior consent, unless there is a legal obligation. The data provided will be retained for as
long as the consent is maintained.
Likewise, I am aware that my consent may be revoked at any time (this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing
based on consent prior to withdrawal) and I may exercise my rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation,
portability or opposition by contacting: West Coast Swing Madrid, C.I.F. G13726716 and registered office at
Conde de Serrallo, nº 1, 280029, Madrid. By e-mail to the address

proof of identity. Likewise, the interested party may submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.
EVENT RULES
- Payment must be done within the stipulated period and in the stipulated manner. Otherwise, the registration will be cancelled.
- Any fees generated by the bank transfer or any other payment method will be charged to you.

Once payment has been made, the cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made within 15 days of receipt of payment for the selected pass will be refunded at 90% (10% administrative cost).
- After 15 days after receipt of payment, cancellations will be refunded at 50% of the cost of the selected pass.
- No refunds will be given for any pass cancelled after 15th December 2023.
- No refunds will be made in the event of missed, cancelled or delayed flights, trains or any other means of transport.
- In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, 80% of the amount of the selected pass will be reimbursed (20% administrative cost).
- If the event is cancelled you can claim your refund within 3 months. After this date no refunds will be given.
- In the event of a medical emergency occurring in the days prior to the event, the organisation will assess the situation and the corresponding
reimbursement, and a medical certificate must be presented. An injury occurring weeks before the festival will not be considered a medical emergency.
- The timetable of workshops, competitions and any other activities are subject to change.
- The organisation cannot be held responsible for theft, loss and/or accidents.
- It will be possible at any time to transfer a pass to another assistant while maintaining the role (and level, for Full Passes).
You will be responsible for finding a replacement, notifying the organisation and arranging payments with your replacement.
